1. Refunds

Refunds of any kind are not provided. Before placing an order with Nova Illustrations, ensure that you fully understand the service you are requesting. We are not liable for dissatisfaction caused by client oversight.

2. Payment

Nova Illustrations accepts payment in both Robux and USD. All payments must be made upfront. Once an order is finalized, the product is considered the full property of the client, and we are no longer responsible for its condition or use.

3. Client Dissatisfaction

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate clearly with the designer throughout the order process. If you are unsatisfied, you must work directly with the designer to resolve issues before the order is closed. After final delivery, Nova Illustrations is no longer accountable for dissatisfaction.

4. Redistribution / Reselling

Any unauthorized redistribution or resale of designs created by Nova Illustrations will result in a permanent blacklist, including across partnered or affiliated design servers. Sharing files or assets with third parties without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Order Alteration

Once your order details have been submitted to a designer, you are not permitted to substantially change the product request if it causes inconvenience or disrupts workflow. If this occurs, your order may be canceled without refund.

6. Membership Benefits

Membership perks (e.g., Nova+) only apply to orders made after the membership is purchased. Past or active orders prior to purchase are not eligible for retroactive benefits.

7. Terms of Service Amendment

Nova Illustrations reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before placing an order.
